Position Summary
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving customer engagement, recruitment and retention. Provide best‐in‐class marketing support to bottling partner on a day to day basis, to enhance the company brand.

Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving customer engagement, recruitment and retention. Provide best‐in‐class marketing support to bottling partner on a day to day basis, to enhance the company brand.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with bottler channel teams, local/international marketing team and company agencies to implement effective promotional platforms that drive trade wide executional scale, product trial, brand awareness and sales volumes.
- Ensure accounts receive best‐in‐class marketing support and marketing programs are leveraged to their fullest extent. Programs include but are not limited to new product launches, exclusive items, product re‐launches, price promotions, custom consumer promotions, pass‐through sponsorships, and account‐specific tradeshows.
- Ensure all branding and logo use is in line with brand standards at all events, activations and is approved and under the direction of the marketing management according to company branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across programming. Highlight key pivot points in planning and development to help optimize overall marketing output and delivery.
- Participate in regular customer marketing conference calls and quarterly meetings. Prepare and present planned activity as well as share results from program execution.
- Run point on the creation of account‐exclusive items and their affiliated marketing plans working with sales, new product development, marketing services, brand marketing, and other relevant parties.
- Work with the customer marketing team and key account team in the trade throughout the year sharing best practices.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field
- Between 3‐5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management ‐ Consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Between 3‐5 years of experience in Fast‐moving consumer goodS (FMCG) brands (agency or brand)
- Computer Skills: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
