We are searching for a Bilingual Learning Coordinator role based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating training activities, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with teams across various locations and functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training activities in collaboration with the project team and work stream leaders.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word for managing administrative tasks including scheduling sessions and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle a large number of tasks effectively, including organizing meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports based on data and feedback collected from training sessions for the project team and work stream leaders.
  • Monitor completion rates and deliver weekly reports to leaders using query tools.
  • Address technical issues during Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions and record meeting minutes.
  • Manage documentations, save files to SharePoint repository, and ensure proper storage of training plans.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking skills and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Respond to learning feedback, manage incoming requests, and handle communication.
  • Adapt quickly to changing environments with tight timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
    • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
    • Demonstrated ability to use SAP and SAP SuccessFactors HCM
    • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience in team coordination
    • Familiarity with Project Management principles
    • Demonstrated experience in Project Coordination
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
