We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our administrative and support staff, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery. This role is crucial in driving provider success by focusing on the operational excellence of their support teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor administrative assistants, support staff, and clinical trainers, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Support Team Training and Enablement: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding, education, and training programs for practice support teams.
  • Operational Efficiency and Project Management: Lead workflow optimization, manage projects, and drive process improvements.
  • SLA and KPI Management: Establish, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, credentialing, provider success, compliance, HR, and other teams to align efforts and drive strategic goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data using tools like SQL and Excel to inform decision-making and provide regular reports.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain high service standards.
  • Operating Cadence and Strategic Planning: Create scalable processes for OKR tracking, manage operating meetings, and support strategic planning.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Adapt and take on evolving responsibilities as Finni Health grows.

About You:

  • Experience: 3+ years in clinical operations, provider/clinician support, training/enablement, or related management roles, preferably in healthcare or tech.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Provider/Clinician Focus: Strong empathy and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated expertise in driving process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and EHR tools.
  • Mission Alignment: Passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Working Hours: Pacific Time Zone / Central Time Zone

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 USD.
