What You Will Be Doing

• Discovering patterns in student reading and writing data through AI, transforming these insights into revolutionary strategies that redefine English language teaching and literary analysis.
• Creating AI-powered tools that adapt to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis accessible to students of all levels.
• Designing dynamic learning pathways that evolve in real-time, guiding students from phonics to interpreting complex texts, ensuring each learner advances at an ideal pace.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI experts to advance the boundaries of language education, directly influencing the learning journey of thousands of students.

Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Drive measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, as demonstrated by a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
