What are your contributions to the team?

 Participate in the development of standard team methodologies;

 Make observations on the shopfloor;

 Plan and conduct production time studies;

 Compile and analyze data and write an improvement opportunity report;

 Estimate times using an application guide.

 Support redevelopment work and workplace organization;

 Participate in process improvement through Bombardier's Operational Excellence program

 Collect information from SAP;

 Build and optimize assembly line balancing to support continuous improvement

 Create and automate documents, tools and templates, document and improve processes

How to thrive in this role?

 You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and functional in English.

 You work in a team and have ease in interacting with people.

 You have initiative, are dynamic, punctual and professional.

 You are autonomous with a customer-oriented approach.

 You are organized and able to meet a deadline.

 You are interested in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing / process improvement;

 You are proficient in the office suite, especially Excel with good Visual Basic skills
