About The Role
Ooni is looking to expand in the US, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Account Management teams in driving our omni-channel retail presence across the region. This role will play a key part in sales operations, account support, and process improvement, ensuring our team can focus on selling more ovens and expanding our retail network. About The Role
Ooni is looking to expand in the US, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Account Management teams in driving our omni-channel retail presence across the region. This role will play a key part in sales operations, account support, and process improvement, ensuring our team can focus on selling more ovens and expanding our retail network. What You’ll Do
- Be an amazingly efficient and wonderfully organized Sales Coordinator. Supporting our sales & account management team
- Assist in managing retail accounts and help maintain strong relationships with our partners across Canada
- You’ll be processing purchase orders, invoicing, data entry, data tidying, processing customer order forms, research, and issuing point-of-sale materials
- Coordinate Deliveries: Work closely with our operations team and send out samples of our fantastic products to our ever-increasing retail network
- Organize Sales & Marketing Materials: Distribute POS materials, send out product samples, and support trade shows and account training events
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data, tidy records, and use CRM (FreshSales, SAP, NetSuite) to track account activities
- Sales Reporting & Research: Conduct research to support account growth, generate sales reports, and help with forecasting
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and refining sales processes to support our ambitious growth goals
- Support Special Projects: Be flexible and proactive in handling a variety of tasks that help the team and company succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a similar role—preferably in consumer goods, outdoor products, or retail
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills—you can juggle (literally or figuratively) multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented mindset with a love for processes and accuracy
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Tech-savvy approach—experience with CRM (FreshSales, SAP, NetSuite), Excel, and ERP systems is a plus
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude—you don’t just identify problems, you find solutions.
- A passion for growth and improvement—personally, professionally, and in the company’s processes
- Have experience in sales administration, CRM management, or data analysis
- Have worked in a fast-growing company or start-up environment
- Able to work in a fully remote environment from the Greater Toronto or Montreal area
- Are bilingual - French & English (bonus points if you can order pizza in both languages!)
