We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving auto and property claims from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims adjusting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving auto and property claims from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims adjusting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and evaluate auto and property insurance claims to determine the extent of the company's liability.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other involved parties to gather relevant information.
- Assess damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, property loss, and injury claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and experts to support the claims process.
- Negotiate settlements and ensure the fair and timely resolution of claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claims and communication in our system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the claims process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and policyholders, addressing concerns and keeping them informed throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a focus on auto and property claims.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with claims management software and digital tools.
- Insurance-related certifications or licensure (preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
