Who We're Looking For


Clever Digital Marketing is looking for a talented and experienced Ad Creative Video Editor specializing in Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Premier Rush to join our creative team. This role focuses on creating high-performing short-form video ad creatives and graphics for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Display. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of ad-centric projects, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, and a deep understanding of performance-driven video editing tailored for digital advertising.


What You'll Do

  • Edit and produce high-performing short-form ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Display using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Design static ad graphics for various platforms, including Meta, Instagram, and Display, ensuring they align with overall campaign goals
  • Develop scroll-stopping creatives optimized for engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Optimize content based on data-driven feedback (CTR, watch time, hook rate, and engagement).
  • Collaborate on the direction of video ad creatives and ensure that our content remains at the forefront of industry trends
  • Lead the post-production process from initial edit to final delivery, including cutting footage, adding music and sound effects, colour grading, and implementing motion graphics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine video concepts that align with our advertisement strategies and conversion goals
  • Utilize B-roll footage, sound transitions, captions, and other advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling and viewer retention
  • Utilize AI tools for generating voice-overs and integrating them into video projects where needed
  • Ensure all video content is produced within deadlines and meets our quality standards
  • Export video projects in required formats and resolutions, ensuring they meet quality standards before final submission
  • From time to time, develop long-form content for internal and external resources


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working in a performance marketing agency
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in creating high-performing ad creatives for lead-generation campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps
  • 2 years of proven experience in editing software: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and related plug-ins and programs
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives in diverse formats for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Strong experience with motion graphics and visual effects software
  • Proficient in colour grading, sound editing, pacing and other post-production processes
  • Experience collaborating with media buyers and strategists to refine creative briefs and iterate on ad performance testing
  • Ability to produce high-quality ad creatives under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
