About The Opportunity

Our reputable Ottawa client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team immediately. This is a role for a resource with significant M365 tenant to tenant migration experience in large Infrastructures. To ensure success in the role, you should have strong Project Management skills and experience managing a M365 migration project. The selected candidate will work mostly remotely.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the finalization of the project charter and deliverables
• Coordination of communication between internal teams and external partners
• Working with the IT team to identify and track technical issues for resolution
• Working with the IT Projects team to identify user change management items
• Provide weekly assessments on the project progress and highlight critical path items
• Prepare concise project briefs for the senior leadership team
  
  

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Post-secondary graduate in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering Technology, or a related field
• PMP Certification or equivalent
• 7+ years hands on experience with endpoint Architecture experience
• Must have experience in project managing a Microsoft 365 tenant to tenant migration
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Some technical knowledge and basic understanding of the Microsoft 365 tenant operational environment
• Ability to plan, develop, and deliver projects on time and in scope
• Good risk management and collaboration skills
• Experience working in healthcare is preferred
