We are looking for a Mental Health-Focused Facilitator to enhance mental health initiatives across various industries. This role involves collaboration with leaders and staff to implement trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions in-person and online.
- Customize programs on self-care, emotional regulation, and mental health foundations.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate organizational mental health needs.
- Stay updated on best practices in mental health and trauma-informed care.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and maintain training records.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility and adaptability; enjoy new challenges.
- Strong knowledge of mental health practices, including trauma-informed care.
- Minimum of 2 years in clinical mental health counselling, therapy, or social work
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Relevant education (e.g., psychology, social work) required.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (valid passport needed).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 annually.
- Benefits: vacation, 10 personal days, pension contributions, and 100% employer-covered health benefits (6-month waiting period).
- Remote role with home office facilitation and national travel
