What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Lead the Way: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate Master’s national transportation activities.
• Team Champion: Manage the transportation team to deliver exceptional service to our internal and external clients.
• Innovate and Improve: Audit current processes and implement creative, long-lasting solutions.
• Strategize and Collaborate: Work with various departments to develop and enforce transportation policies.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Secure favorable transport rates while balancing customer needs, costs, and operational requirements.
• Build Relationships: Evaluate carrier performance and maintain strong, regular connections with service providers.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends in transportation and logistics.
• Drive Financial Success: Manage costs and profits (P&L) to meet budgetary goals.

What You Bring To Our Team

• Experience: 5-10 years in transportation, logistics, or distribution.
• Education: Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Bilingual: Fluent in both French and English—essential for effective communication.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP, WMS, and advanced Excel skills.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving goals.
• Negotiation Ninja: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive favorable outcomes.
• Organized and Adaptable: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
