What you will do:

Email Strategy & Campaign Development:

• Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead nurturing, engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Develop and execute automated and manual email campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
  
  

Content Creation & Design:

• Create compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing templates.
• Ensure all email content aligns with the Zoocasa brand voice and style guidelines.
  
  

Audience Segmentation:

• Build and manage segmented email lists to deliver personalized and targeted content.
• Leverage customer data and behaviors to refine audience segmentation strategies.
  
  

A/B Testing & Optimization:

• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs.
• Analyze test results and apply insights to improve email performance.
  
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor key email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  
  

International Growth & Subscription Growth:

• Develop and execute email strategies to drive international growth and expand Zoocasa’s global footprint.
• Focus on increasing subscription rates by creating targeted campaigns that attract and retain subscribers across various markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for subscription growth in emerging and established markets.
  
  

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations, such as CASL and GDPR.
• Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends and technologies to implement best practices.

How you will grab our attention:

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in B2C or lead generation
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Mandrill, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of email performance metrics and analytics.
• Experience with audience segmentation and personalization techniques.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and integrating email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with marketing automation workflows.
• Graphic design skills or experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

The starting base pay for this position is $60,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
