What You’ll Be Doing

Do you have a passion for technology and helping others? In this role, you’ll be troubleshooting with customers and helping to resolve their issues with a smile. You’ll collaborate internally with other team members to ensure you make the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Bring your passion and love for technology to know what’s going on with the latest technology products and help customers
  • Follow up on specific issues and resolve to completion

What You Bring To The Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
  • Some customer service experience
  • Comfortable working to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level
  • High speed internet (> 15mbps)
  • Must already reside in the province of Quebec
