What You'll Bring
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-energy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required But Nice To Have)
Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service environment.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Bilingual abilities in English to better serve our diverse client base.
