About The Role

What You Will Do
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead global recruitment efforts to attract top talent and refine hiring processes aligned with our culture. This includes advertising, screening, short listing, feedback and offers. Implement strategies to retain and develop our exceptional team
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure company-wide HR compliance and mitigate risks by implementing best practices
- Culture Cultivator: Champion an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our values. Organize internal and external events and learning sessions
- Diversity and Inclusion Champion: Lead efforts to shape and implement a diverse and inclusive environment
- Change Management: Support managers through company changes, people partnering to ensure verticals stay aligned to business objectives and providing consultative support
- Employee Engagement: Oversee recruitment to onboarding. Drive and deliver initiatives that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and productivity throughout the employee lifecycle e.g. benefit improvements, parental leave initiatives, wellbeing, charity and mental health days
- Learning and Development Leadership: Spearhead and deliver new learning initiatives fostering employee growth and skill enhancement e.g. mentor scheme, workshops, personal growth roadmaps and succession planning
- Performance Management: Oversee and deliver initiatives promoting employee growth in line with commercial goals e.g. annual review process, OKR's and compensation reviews. Providing support to managers for any performance development concerns and managing these processes appropriately
- People Operations: Be the go-to expert for support with requests from the business on general queries such as leave, processes and liaising with vendors as required
What You Will Need
- 3-5+ years of experience in both people operations and recruiting
- Experience managing global people initiatives
- Understands the mechanics of remote businesses and their sustainable scaling
- Has a track record of team culture development in a fast-paced business environment, combined with talent development skills
- Is knowledgeable about global employment legislations and adept at handling the challenges of a rapidly scaling business

Salary Range: $100,000-120,000
