Project Manager, Field Services

Job Description

We are looking for experienced project managers for remote full-time work. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for the following functions:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including risks, timelines, and progress against goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices across projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager (Natural Gas, Surveying, Construction, Drafting experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
• PMP certification (or similar) preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
