- Salesforce Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and customization of standard and custom objects.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce environments, including reports, dashboards, workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, custom fields, and page layouts.
- User Management & Support: Manage users, including onboarding and deactivating accounts, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support. Conduct regular user training and create documentation for users and administrators.
- Security & Access Management: Ensure the integrity and security of data by implementing best practices for user access, data sharing, and security settings, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
- System Integration & Automation: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, and third-party APIs. Implement process automation solutions such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the Salesforce platform by managing data imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing data health initiatives.
- Change Management: Assist in managing sandbox environments, change sets, and releases. Support the development and deployment of new features and functionality through the change management process.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage complex reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders. Optimize report performance and ensure reports meet business needs.
- Salesforce Updates & Releases: Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their impact on the organization and implementing new features as needed.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices. Ensure that the Salesforce environment adheres to organizational standards and governance.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
