The position of Recruiter at Guild Garage Group involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for open positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Provide guidance to candidates about the company, job roles, and the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment, taking into consideration compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market insights to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications, conduct effective interviews, and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using social media, job boards, and networking to source candidates.
  • Experience in technical recruitment, diversity hiring, or employer branding is desirable.

Lines of Communication

  • The Recruiter reports to the Director of Recruiting and collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and candidates.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. The Recruiter may work remotely.
