Key Responsibilities

Needs Analysis and Strategy Development

• Conduct critical needs analysis to identify and prioritize learning and development requirements.
• Develop a strategic framework and robust program design to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Program Design and Implementation

• Implement digital and virtual learning interventions tailored to workforce needs.
• Develop, manage, and scale workshops, training events, webinars, and more.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.

Program Measurement and Learning Technology Management

• Utilize tools to assess the impact of learning initiatives and measure program effectiveness.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, tracking, and learner engagement.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in learning programs.

Collaboration and Enablement

• Partner with HR, global teams, and business leaders to design and deliver aligned enablement programs.

Advocacy and Communication

• Serve as a Learning and Development ambassador, ensuring initiatives are well-communicated and embraced.

Industry Trends and Best Practices

• Stay informed on trends in learning design, technology, and professional development to keep our programs cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in designing and implementing impactful learning programs.

Expertise in needs analysis and creating strategic solutions.

Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple programs.

Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities to foster employee growth.

Experience with learning technologies such as LMS and authoring tools.

A proactive mindset for staying current with learning and development trends.

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
