Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plan for territory to achieve revenue and customer goals.
- Expand relationships with agencies and brands in a way that maximizes revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with relevant top tier media buying agencies and their leadership.
- Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as they relate to the growth of current and prospective client accounts.
- Maintain sales pipeline in Hubspot
- Work with marketing and other departments to develop persuasive presentations, case studies and related marketing materials to aid in closing sales deals.
- Work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of our products and services by providing informed opinions on internal sales strategies and channel partner feedback.
- Understand (and communicate to other internal personnel) industry landscapes, trends, participants and competitive offerings
- Drive awareness of our services within the agency and advertising community.
- 10+ years of successful digital advertising or programmatic sales experience.
- Deep relationships within ad agencies and brands, especially independent and mid-market decision-maker relationships.
- Experience selling omni-channel media services.
- Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with target agencies and client-direct by means of prospecting, generating meetings and entertaining clients.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, trends, and best practices.
- Goal oriented personality with a strong work ethic, commitment to success and a “roll up your sleeves” personality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and a technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed.
