Your Contributions

- Create clear, engaging content for a variety of communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives that support an inclusive culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing communication plans for non-profit organizations or social impact initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
