What You’ll Do:
As part of the paid media team, you’ll help set up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll also analyze data, adjust strategies, and learn how to create campaigns that exceed client expectations.
- Being trained and mentored by top specialists to hone your craft.
- Get the best possible paid search and social media advertising results for our clients, delivering campaigns that generate higher ROI with low cost per conversion.
- Evaluating website traffic and paid accounts to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team of SEOs, writers, designers, and developers on new experiments, client work, and more.
- Implementing account/campaign audits & manually adjusting campaigns daily.
- Conducting client calls to gather information and present SEM and Social strategies and results.
- Utilizing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc in conjunction with other paid search and social tools to analyze sets of data for campaign improvements.
- Budget pacing to allocate a consistent rate of spending throughout the month without going outside the monthly budget.
- Managing monthly reimbursement processes, including gathering materials, submitting claims.
- Generating reports from Google Ads & Meta (keyword reports, Meta reporting, current ad images) for submission.
- Utilizing photo editing tools to create website display ad mockups.
- Communicating with OEM support representatives and clients to ensure claim acceptance.
- Reviewing, researching, and keeping up to date with OEM reimbursement requirements.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads) and social media (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Previous experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
- Experience managing campaigns in industries like retail, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Proven success optimizing campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, or other key performance metrics.
- Familiarity with creative tools for designing or refining ad visuals.
- Fully remote role with flexible hours.
- Contractor position with 35–40 hours per week.
- Competitive pay: $70,000-85000 CAD based on experience.
