WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Production Assistant to support our marketing and communications team. The Production Assistant will play a vital role in coordinating and executing various projects, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our remote production workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communication projects (e.g., webinars, online events, video production, content creation).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, clinical staff, IT) and external vendors.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., emails, social media posts, website content).
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange virtual meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team.
- Assist with basic video and audio editing tasks (if applicable - specify software if needed).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to remote production tools.
- Ensure all projects adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using project management software, communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Must be located in the United States or be a U.S. permit resident.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) or audio editing software (e.g., Audacity).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
