Position Summary

The Senior Brand Partnership Associate will be responsible for the execution of brand partnerships, and foster relationships with key partners to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives. This role involves partnership outreach for advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities align with the company's brand and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation, structuring, and management of media buys and sponsored content campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key partners, including brands, influencers, agencies, and organizations.
  • Partner with the planning and execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, impactful, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the budget for brand partnership activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee financial aspects of partnerships, including contract negotiations, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure partnership activities support broader company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and assets for partnership campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor partnership activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development.
  • Media agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
