Summary

The Divisional Director of Operations will aid the organization in promoting its mission and objectives, maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, achieve organizational goals, and maintain sound financial practices in the branch offices. The Divisional Director of Operations will lead a team of up to eight Regional Operations Directors, guiding the branch locations towards favorable growth, and designing and directing strategies that support and enhance branch operations. Duties for the Divisional Director of Operations will include managing branch assets, optimizing financial operations in the branches, providing leadership to all staff, establishing, and achieving business goals in the branches, ensuring compliance while maintaining a high level of customer service, advising Senior Leadership on branch activities, overseeing and streamlining daily operations in the branches, improving staff performance, executing special business projects, and contributing to the success of key partnerships.

Essential Functions

  • Developing and directing organizational strategies in the branches
  • Drafting branch policies and processes
  • Overseeing day-to-day business activities
  • Assisting in the preparation and achievement of goals and budgets for the branches
  • Reporting on branch KPls
  • Supporting, coaching, and directing Regional Operations Directors
  • Overseeing relationships with key referral sources and hospital partners
  • Creating sound business plans
  • Overseeing financial accounts
  • Ensuring compliance standards are being met
  • Collaborating with other organizational leaders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations

Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent at minimum.
  • Minimum three years healthcare leadership experience

Preferred Education And/Or Experience

  • College Degree

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all Regional Operations Directors, including hiring, development, performance management and discipline.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or at a home office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is primarily a sedentary position, spending most of the workday sitting at a desk in an office setting. The employee may occasionally be required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include both close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel

Some travel is required for this position, with occasional overnight travel when visiting branches or centers.
