The Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic Business Development leader to drive profitable growth across North America. This role is focused on building key industry relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, and leading end-to-end pipeline management—all within a rapidly growing organization. This is a permanent, remote position that can be based in the United States or Canada.

  • T he base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience


What You Will Love Doing - Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and progress partner doctor opportunities through end-to-end pipeline management
  • Build key industry relationships and maintain a pulse on market conditions by attending industry events and cold calling prospective partners
  • Act as a Corus brand ambassador
  • Engage and foster relationships with current partner network to drive referrals and industry interest
  • Refine business development processes and tools


All About You:


  • 7+ years business development experience, experience in business development for another physician practice management (PPM) group, and/or the dental, medical or pharmaceutical industry generally
  • Experience in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment in a sales/business development capacity with proven results
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with long lead times
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships across diverse groups and levels
  • Solid financial and business acumen
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel across North America for site visits and to attend industry conferences (up to 20%)
