HostGenius empowers vacation rental managers by enabling them to scale effortlessly. We provide centralized operations and a custom-built platform that helps property managers stand out and grow their businesses.
90% of vacation rental managers work at capacity and can’t scale, costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Mike, a property manager in San Diego, used to spend most of his energy working *in* the business, reacting to daily tasks and wearing all the hats as a "hectic manager." After partnering with HostGenius, Mike was freed up to focus *on* the business—concentrating on growth and strategy. Within two months, he was onboarding five new properties and just getting started. There are 12,000 Mikes in the US, and HostGenius is here to help them thrive.
Mission:
Drive HostGenius' growth by filling the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and inbound lead qualification. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential clients, booking meetings, and setting the foundation for our sales process. This role offers a strong path to transition into an Account Executive position.
Outcomes:
1. Generate 20+ qualified meetings per month through outbound email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach. (roughly 60 calls a day)
2. Develop and execute effective outbound strategies, iterating based on feedback and success rates.
3. Respond to inbound leads ASAP, assessing and qualifying their potential.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and lead status in our CRM.
5. Build a robust pipeline of warm leads, consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
6. Create supporting sales documents during the sales cycle to support the CEO.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and follow-up.
2. Proven ability to use outbound tactics like cold emails, cold calls, and social selling.
3. High resilience and adaptability, comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment.
4. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
5. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a goal of moving into an Account Executive role.
