Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in both theoretical concepts and practical techniques of esthetics, covering areas such as skincare, facials, waxing, and makeup application.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth.
• Demonstrate industry best practices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contemporary techniques.
• Guide students during practical sessions, providing immediate assistance and feedback as they refine their skills.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and exams, delivering constructive insights for improvement.
• Address individual learning needs, offering tailored support to enhance student success.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and innovations in the esthetics field to ensure a relevant and current curriculum.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment conducive to education.
• Inspire and guide students in the development of both technical competencies and professional confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Current Instructor license.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a licensed esthetician.
• Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous, particularly in esthetic education.
