Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate hands-on techniques and supervise students in both classroom and salon environments.
• Provide tailored support to students, addressing their individual needs and challenges.
• Assess student performance through practical exams, written assignments, and various evaluation methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall progress.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology field.
• Valid cosmetology license in the state of operation.
• A current instructor license is mandatory.
