Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging instructional sessions during evenings and weekends, facilitating the acquisition of valuable project management knowledge and practical skills.
• Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that inspires and motivates students to excel.
• Deliver content effectively in both virtual and in-person classroom settings, utilizing adult learning principles to enhance student engagement and knowledge retention.
  
  

Required Skills

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities, enabling professional interaction with students.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is mandatory; Agile Scrum Master (CSM) and Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly regarded.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience, ideally within the IT sector focused on Application Delivery.
• A solid understanding of adult learning methodologies to create impactful learning experiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Visio and MS Project, coupled with strong organizational capabilities and time management skills.
