Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to enhance our client's Enterprise Payment Processing platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card payment processing, covering aspects such as purchase authorization, capture processes, refunds, reward point redemptions, user profile management, and guest user checkout. Familiarity with prepayment, auto-pay, and post-payment scenarios is essential, along with experience reconciling credit card transactions with bank settlement transactions.

Essential Duties

70%: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces, and user experiences through various methods, including requirements gathering sessions, interviews, surveys, and workshops. Work closely with vendor partners and internal teams to communicate needs and determine suitable solutions. Document both current and future states in various formats, including functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, interface designs, workflows, and presentations tailored for different audiences, including C-Level executives and technical teams.

20%: Partner with IT Development (both onshore and offshore) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure comprehensive system testing. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee that solutions meet user needs.

5%: Provide guidance and feedback to team members, helping to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

5%: Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong ability to document payment processing gateways and capabilities, performing analysis and design using methods such as business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Deep understanding of back-end system integration and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems and strong expertise in business process design and workflow analysis.

Familiarity with IT standards, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of information security practices and project management methodologies.

Experience working with multiple data sources and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, building marketing, sales, and e-commerce sites is a plus. Knowledge of Jira, Google Suite, Lucid Charts, and SAP BTP is also advantageous.
