Key Responsibilities
- Proactively address client inquiries and loan processing tasks with urgency and initiative.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and friendly communication.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks to ensure timely loan processing.
- Leverage your 3+ years of expertise in mortgage processing to gather and analyze loan conditions, overseeing the loan journey through each milestone until completion.
- Ensure accurate and organized data management within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with Loan Officers, Realtors, Escrow/Title agents, and clients to facilitate a seamless loan experience.
- Engage actively in team initiatives to achieve both departmental and organizational goals.
- Uphold and promote core values in daily operations, contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, collaborating across departments and applying innovative thinking to the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Encompass software.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
