Key Responsibilities

• Proactively address client inquiries and loan processing tasks with urgency and initiative.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and friendly communication.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks to ensure timely loan processing.
• Leverage your 3+ years of expertise in mortgage processing to gather and analyze loan conditions, overseeing the loan journey through each milestone until completion.
• Ensure accurate and organized data management within the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with Loan Officers, Realtors, Escrow/Title agents, and clients to facilitate a seamless loan experience.
• Engage actively in team initiatives to achieve both departmental and organizational goals.
• Uphold and promote core values in daily operations, contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.

• Familiarity with Encompass software.
