This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence, creative freedom, and the opportunity to drive significant business growth. As the VP of Growth and Digital Marketing you have the ability to shape the overall digital and growth marketing strategy and directly influence our direction and success. In this role, your decisions can lead to substantial growth in customer engagement and revenue.
Digital marketing is a dynamic field that constantly evolves with new technologies and trends; as the VP, you have the freedom to experiment with innovative strategies and creative campaigns that set us apart in the market.
This role will leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize marketing efforts and measure success. This analytical approach ensures that your strategies are effective and aligned with business goals.

What you'll do:
Growth Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, revenue streams, and partnerships to fuel business expansion.
- Own and manage the Growth and Digital marketing budgets, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending and maximize ROI.
- Identify and evaluate new tools and platforms to drive efficiencies in marketing processes.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing and performance marketing.
- Oversee consistent messaging across all digital channels in collaboration with Brand Strategy.
- Utilize data analytics to assess customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop a data driven approach to decision making, forecasting and performance measurement
- Build and lead a high-performing digital and growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.
- Set clear goals, mentor, and develop leadership and team members to support career growth and success.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or related fields
- Extensive senior leadership experience, building and managing teams
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling digital marketing in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
- Strong data and analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive marketing and growth decisions
- Demonstrated business, data & financial acumen, appropriate for the role and associated portfolio, with a demonstrated understanding of how to use the most relevant information in making business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Competitive base salary; reviewed annually - the salary range for this position is $185,000-$205,000
