Online Procurement Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Online Procurement Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Manager in sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory for our online store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing products for the online store
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are in stock
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
• Track and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
