As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the project manager in planning, organizing, and executing various projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager in creating project plans and timelines
  • Coordinate project meetings and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Track project progress and update project documentation
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
