We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to create and deliver high-quality training content that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design engaging and interactive training modules, develop technical skills, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design:
• Develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content for workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Design training that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees.
• Adult Learning Methodologies:
• Apply adult learning theories and best practices to design and deliver effective training.
• Create training that addresses complex topics and caters to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cyber Security Expertise:
• Develop and deliver training that effectively communicates complex cyber security concepts.
• Utilize technical expertise to ensure accurate and concise transmission of information.
• Training Delivery:
• Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Ensure participants can apply their new skills in real-world scenarios.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and subject matter experts, to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
• Needs Assessment and Solution Design:
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify business-critical skill requirements.
• Work with subject matter experts to design engaging and interactive learning solutions.
• Craft compelling narratives for cyber security training programs.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cyber security training.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
