We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to create and deliver high-quality training content that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design engaging and interactive training modules, develop technical skills, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content for workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
- Design training that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees.
- Adult Learning Methodologies:
- Apply adult learning theories and best practices to design and deliver effective training.
- Create training that addresses complex topics and caters to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cyber Security Expertise:
- Develop and deliver training that effectively communicates complex cyber security concepts.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure accurate and concise transmission of information.
- Training Delivery:
- Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Ensure participants can apply their new skills in real-world scenarios.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and subject matter experts, to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Design:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify business-critical skill requirements.
- Work with subject matter experts to design engaging and interactive learning solutions.
- Craft compelling narratives for cyber security training programs.
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cyber security training.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.
