We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Catering Mystery Shoppers to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with hotels to obtain banquet menus, including pricing information, and subsequently analyze key menu items across various venues utilizing an Excel spreadsheet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with hotels to collect banquet menus and pricing details
  • Conduct comparative analysis of key menu items across different venues using Excel
  • Submit your findings via email employing our designated template
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members to ensure deadlines are met

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Availability during standard business hours for effective communication
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Outstanding writing and proofreading skills
  • A home office setup that ensures a quiet and professional work atmosphere
  • Proficiency in using a Windows-based computer, MS Word, MS Excel, and reliable internet access
  • Access to email and the internet from Monday to Friday
