Your position at a glance:
- Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring a phone assistance;
- Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Be available during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. (EST). Full-time and part-time positions are available (from 20 to 40 hours a week);
- At home, have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
- Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!
- Being bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
