We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. This is a remote position, so you will be able to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
