smartdept. is searching for a Graphic Designer for an advertising client located in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is a project-based contract opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be $60-$80/hour depending on experience level and fit.

What You’ll Do

  • create visual concepts and brand identity
  • develop overall layout and design for brand standards
  • logo and website design
  • use shapes, colors, and images to convey ideas to an audience
  • knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable
  • take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite
  • 5+ years of experience
  • updated portfolio
  • strategic, creative attention to detail
  • B2B experience is a plus
