You will lead the development and execution of a social media strategy that engages our community, highlights our commitment to sustainability, and showcases our products' impact. We're looking for someone who excels at developing innovative, community-centered strategies that build brand loyalty and awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

Design and execute a growth-focused social media roadmap aligned with our brand goals, product launches, and impact initiatives.

Develop platform-specific strategies, evaluating approaches for established channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and identifying growth areas (TikTok, YouTube).

Manage a content calendar, creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with the growth marketing and eCommerce teams to oversee our Meta Shop and evaluate opportunities on other platforms.

Content Creation

Build and oversee a social content strategy that aligns with brand objectives.

Coordinate the production of multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics that reflect our mission and community.

Partner with the brand team to optimize content distribution across our channels (social, website, email, etc.).

Community Management & Engagement

Foster a positive community by managing timely responses to comments, direct messages, and user-generated content.

Design interactive campaigns, challenges, and content to deepen community connection and brand loyalty.

Ambassador, Influencer & Partnership Collaboration

Develop and manage a network of brand ambassadors, including annual planning, contracts, and activation strategies.

Create and execute an influencer strategy, including identifying partners, managing product seeding, and collaborating to optimize content.

Develop social campaigns with partners that boost brand awareness and position us as a leader in culture-driven initiatives.

Performance Management & Reporting

Execute social media campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Use tools like Sprout Social to track performance metrics and gather insights for content optimization.

Provide regular KPI reports (e.g., impressions, engagement, growth, campaign impact) and share learnings with relevant teams.

Plan and execute A/B testing for ongoing strategy improvement.

Trend & Audience Insights

Stay informed on social media trends, new platforms, and competitor activity.

Monitor algorithm changes and emerging best practices to keep our content relevant.

Regularly gather insights to better understand our audience, refine content, and discover new engagement opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant experience.

Experience: 5+ years in social media management for consumer brands, preferably lifestyle, outdoor, or mission-driven.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of social, influencer, and digital marketing trends.

Analytical Ability: Experience interpreting metrics to refine social strategies.

Creativity: Demonstrated success in developing original content ideas and co-branded campaigns.
