• Process mortgage loans efficiently from application through to closing.
• Collect and review essential documentation, including tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, loan officers, and team members to facilitate a seamless loan process.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet critical deadlines and ensure timely closings.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the mortgage processing journey.
• Identify and address any issues that may arise during the loan processing stage.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document review.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to efficiently resolve challenges.
• Familiarity with mortgage processing software, such as Encompass.
