Key Responsibilities
- Process mortgage loans efficiently from application through to closing.
- Collect and review essential documentation, including tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, loan officers, and team members to facilitate a seamless loan process.
- Prioritize and manage tasks to meet critical deadlines and ensure timely closings.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the mortgage processing journey.
- Identify and address any issues that may arise during the loan processing stage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document review.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to efficiently resolve challenges.
- Familiarity with mortgage processing software, such as Encompass.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related discipline is preferred.
