As a Partner Resources Specialist, You Will
- Gather relevant information about reported partner issues to assess case priority and to support the appropriate Partner Relations expert for consultation or further investigation.
- Support the investigation process by partnering with appropriate partners to research relevant components of investigations and locate supporting documents, videos, or necessary data to reach a sound resolution.
- Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to help streamline and establish practices to promote standardization and efficiency around partner resources practices; collaborate with generalist team, PRO centers of excellence, and specialist functions to enhance the Partner Relations experience.
- Contribute to process improvements through the creation and/or revisions to Partner relations-related templates, SOPs (standard operation procedures), reports, and presentations.
- Support implementation of Partner Relations programs, processes, and other initiatives.
- Track Partner Relations investigation activity, conduct research and prepare reports.
- Participate in other project work as assigned.
- Human Resources systems and administration experience – 2 years.
- Experience working in a customer service environment – 2 years.
- Intermediate skills using Outlook and MS Office applications.
- Proven strengths in detail orientation, planning, and prioritizing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Experience in resourcefulness and research competence.
- Proven ability to quickly establish effective working relationships, including by phone or electronic communications.
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
