As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our recruitment efforts by collaborating with client managers to identify and address their staffing requirements. This remote position allows you to engage actively with applicants, guiding them through the hiring process and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client management to assess current staffing needs.
- Provide timely updates on applicant statuses to management.
- Assist qualified candidates in completing necessary carrier/client applications and ensure the submission of all required documentation.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, including communication of travel and lodging arrangements.
- Proactively address and resolve any obstacles that may hinder applicants from attending orientation.
- Perform various administrative tasks and additional duties as required.
- A commitment to working during standard business hours for optimal results.
- Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
