• Collaborate with client management to assess current staffing needs.
• Provide timely updates on applicant statuses to management.
• Assist qualified candidates in completing necessary carrier/client applications and ensure the submission of all required documentation.
• Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, including communication of travel and lodging arrangements.
• Proactively address and resolve any obstacles that may hinder applicants from attending orientation.
• Perform various administrative tasks and additional duties as required.
