Your area of responsibility:

• Product Evaluation: Plan and conduct field trials, assess new product performance, and provide detailed reports.
• Technical Support: Address technical issues, act as a liaison between customers and our lab.
• Market Insights & Collaboration: Work with sales on projects, identify new product needs, and understand the competitive landscape.
• Product Expertise: Specialize in industrial fluids and greases for various industrial segments and provide application input for new product development projects.
• Sales Support: Offer product recommendations, technical training, and provide technical solutions.
• Business Development: Support sales campaigns and proposals.
  
  

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Bi-lingual in both French and English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Automotive preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in lubricants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certified Lubrication Specialist (STLE) is a plus.
• Experience in commercial and industrial segments, with roles in field service, technical sales, or lubricant management.
• Knowledge of lubricant application, use, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laboratory tests.

Travel

• 60%-80% travel, within Eastern Canada
