Your role as the Project Coordinator

The project coordinator is responsible for supporting our senior leaders/various teams, creating professional communications, schedules, and reports. A basic understanding of business operations, rhythm of the business logistics, and cross-organizational coordination will be key, as will, general project coordination skills and a keen sense of urgency.


This role is fully remote and can be located in any US state except for Hawaii, and occasional travel may be required.


We are seeking candidates in the Greater Atlanta, GA area for collaboration capability; all our roles are remote/work-from-home, but we like to get our regional teams together occasionally for planning and events.


How you'll contribute

  • Prepare monthly business meeting content and documentation/processes for business and sales initiatives
  • Create professional correspondence or other communications as requested; assist in editing and formatting documents and presentations
  • Drive operational excellence & efficiency tactics for the sales organization and offer recommendations for process improvement
  • Additional duties as needed include sales proposal assistance, expense reports, as well as other support tasks
  • In addition to CRM data entry, you will be responsible for booking meetings, helping with expense reports, loading docs into DocuSign, reporting, PowerPoint decks, etc.


Your skills and approach

  • 2+ years relevant business, project coordination, or operational support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to self-check output for errors prior to distribution
  • Intermediate to advanced O365 skills including Excel and PowerPoint; fast learner for other systems/tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing and conflicting priorities, schedules, and business needs
  • Experience with CRM platforms data pulls, data analysis, and formatting reports


The salary range for this role is $25-$30/hour. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
