  • In determining salary, Reach3 Insights considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as location, and internal equity. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.

As a Junior Programmer at Reach3, you will:

  • Survey programming and project management support in a variety of Reach3 client engagements that enables speed & efficiency to be maximized for high client satisfaction.
  • You will learn how to use a variety of industry leading market research survey platforms (including Rival, Voxco and Askia) and work closely with our research consultants, data analysts, and other members of our programming team
  • Conduct thorough testing of surveys to ensure they function correctly; identify and resolve programming errors and logic issues. Ensure surveys are programmed with a high degree of quality and accuracy helping to deliver accurate and high-quality data.
  • Use ClickUp to coordinate programming tasks and workflows with clear and proactive communication to internal stakeholders; collaborate with team members and communicate clearly about technical issues and programming requirements.
  • Assist with developing documentation for training and our intranet
  • Support the implementation of new technology solutions and process enhancements where necessary that improve business operations, and increase productivity and efficiency
  • Readily work on new initiatives and a variety of different market research projects in a supporting role
  • You thrive and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced small business environment where you move quickly between different projects and learn new technology
  • You possess strong communications skills, are proactive, good at managing time, and meeting deadlines, and enjoy collaborating with both local and remote team members

This may be the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline (data science, research methods, business, computer science, etc.). or College Diploma (or equivalent) in any IT-related discipline
  • Strong analytical, communication, and logic skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail
  • Previous survey programming or market research experience is an asset (not required)
  • Knowledge or experience in these computer skills also an asset: JavaScript / jQuery, HTML / CSS
