Large Dairy Herd Sales Specialist

We are currently looking for a Large Dairy Herd Sales Specialist that will work closely with our Dairy Solutions Specialists to grow EastGen’s presence within the progressive commercial dairy herds in South-Western Ontario.

What you’ll do:

·        Build and maintain a client base of progressive dairy herds within Ontario

·        Develop and maintain relationships with progressive herd management and ownership teams

·        Develop service and product proposals to meet the production, profit and animal health goals of these dairy operations

·        Use EastGen & Semex Solutions to identify, track and maintain dairy herd goals

·        Effectively negotiate and close agreements

·        Work with the Dairy Solutions Specialist, technicians and other support staff

·        Periodically participate in industry events where you will help educate and challenge the industry

• You’ll earn a base salary between $43,460 - $54,324, with additional commission based on your sales performance. Total earnings (base + commissions) range from $61,278 - $80,000 annually, depending on your success in driving sales.
