The Role

We are on the lookout for an exceptional full-cycle recruiter to join our dynamic human resources function. The ideal candidate will bring experience in recruitment or human resources and possess a deep understanding of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, participating in interviews, checking references, verifying background checks, and preparing offer letters for successful candidates
• Participate in the implementation of new and existing recruitment initiatives such as virtual career fairs, and targeted electronic advertising through social media to maximize the pool of potential candidates
• Identify and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and recruit specific skill sets
• Report on recruitment activities and prepare & review with senior management
• Working in sync with the management team to ensure that recruitment initiatives and processes are developed, implemented, communicated, and delivered
• Assist in assessing organizational needs to support recruitment initiatives
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes by collaborating with HR and hiring managers to cultivate strong relationships
• Provide updates and reporting on recruitment strategies and plans
• Manage all external job postings for assigned roles
• May be required to perform other duties as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
• Self-starter, ability to think on your own and creatively solve problems
• Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent understanding of sourcing passive candidates
• ATS experience, preferably with Greenhouse or other relevant software
• Systems capabilities: Google Suite, LinkedIn, Slack
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadline
• Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities
• High attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
• Willingness to learn and to be involved in various projects
