We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant with a strong background in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) space to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As a Junior Consultant, you will be an integral part of our technical team, working closely with clients to ensure their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will provide support, manage projects, and assist with the implementation of IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in the MSP industry and a desire to grow their career in IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide day-to-day support for clients, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
– Assist with the implementation of IT solutions, including cloud services, security measures, and system upgrades.
– Participate in client meetings to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
– Monitor client systems to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they impact operations.
– Document all client interactions, solutions provided, and project details in the company’s CRM and ticketing systems.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to continually improve the services offered to clients.
– Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and concise communication.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) space
– Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring/management tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
